@@LontsiRonaldo Definitely 👍 , you can start by doing intermediate fasting i.e reduce the amount of time you eat in a day. Eat between the hrs of 12 and 6pm. Cut down on too much starchy foods, things like fufu, rice n beans ( if u r an African) and things like pkomo( cowskin). After doing intermediate fasting for about a week, do full detox fasting on fresh pressed juices or smoothies like orange and mangos and pawpaw with the pawpaw seeds and I guarantee you your appendicitis will go back in or run away and starts producing healthy bacteria again which is what the appendix is for. Goodluck, and if u have any other questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
