can the back lifter still get into the space and do this 45 degree stance as of today? would it be "killing the space"?

Do popular training course like Episoketren System really work and if so, how effective are they? We have noticed numerous amazing things about this popular training course.

The perfect tool for someone with no friends, club or team. The problem with the passing part, is the ball will always return low putting a lot of strain on the back, not ideal for long practice but better than nothing if you have no one there at the moment. For kicking it seems like a good tool, but of course nothing is perfect and the main flaw is, this will only really allow you to practice placement for the kick and initial connection with the ball. You wont able to practice kicking to a certain location so you wont really get a feel for the kick or how much power to use, effectively making this tool useless for kicking. Of course if you are alone, this is better than nothing as mentioned.

Excellent hand eye developer, even at higher levels. A pass can be thrown incorrectly and makes it harder to catch. This helps prepare the player for the unexpected.

any ideas on how to train the weaker arm ? im going to play scrum half but i cant pass as well as my master hand .
@louisboyden4577
@louisboyden4577 9 жыл бұрын
+Edzran Hisham It took me about 2 months to be able to pass properly of my weaker hand, I did this by just trying to perfectly replicate my master hand. I did about 50 passes a day with a mate or whoever. If you don't have anyone to practise you can just through the ball in the air trying to perfect your spin and reduce any poor spin. Honestly it doesn't really just come over night you have to really practise it. Hope that helped!

Making the squeeze ball illegal at the HS level is a wise move. Any tactic that lessens the impact on a young player's neck will be welcomed by all responsible HS coaches. Additionally the new tackle requirement of no contact above the armpits is probably overdue. We see far too many high tackles at the U 15.16.17 &18 levels. The vast majority of these high tackles are totally accidental but unfortunately they can have very serious outcomes. Lowering the contact tackle line to the armpit will take a little getting used to but it will better protect the ball carrier. We will see a glut of yellow cards as the players adopt to this new regulation. These are all welcome changes by a responsible governing body that will make our game safer as it popularity explodes here in the US.

You don't just have to be a scrum half to one of these weighted ball. If you want to go a long way in rugby you're expected to be able to pass of both hands a required distance
