@@Hacked-iu2yj if your laptop running with user password then you can use it like that way. Otherwise you can call customer care. They will give solution. Mujhe to motherboard change karne ko keh diya tha. Mujhe jo passward yad the wo try karta rehta tha. Ek din khul gaya ye bios. To mene password badal diya tha. Aap bhi kosis karte raha karo. Agar total block ho gya hai to customer care wale hi help kar sakenge. Service center ja kar dekhlo bhai.

If it's still under warranty call customer service my Hero 3 is in the same spot charging me a grand usd to reset it. My crashed and can't fix it cause the bios password

@@ohgoshtro I tried all possible password i remember and it opened one day after few months of my comment. Customer care also asked me for extra charges for reset the BIOS password and tell me to change the motherboard that will cost me alot but it solved after few months.
