thank you so much, Thaler, for doing this important work! and YES! this is so true: often, people will want to ask questions, hear stories, etc. -- but *only* in order to confirm what is already known and comfortable for them it DEFINITELY takes courage to have those difficult conversations, that truly open communication in which we are challenged to hear and LISTEN and deal with what we may find UNcomfortable
