We are so unhappy with this refrigerator!! They scratch and dent easily. We called it in for a dent when they moved it in and they have never took care of it. You can’t take the shelves out of it. There are no videos on how to take the drawers out or the shelves out for cleaning or moving it. We’ve had it 3 1/2 years and the freezer no longer works. We cannot get anyone out to work on it. It’s definitely not worth the money!!!

What temperature should the oven reach during steam cleaning? Mine gets to about 120 degrees, well below the boiling point of water where steam would form. Thanks.

There is not a temperature associated with the Steam Clean option. The oven will just get hot enough to generate steam.

Steam clean cycle does not target an exact temperature. The steam clean cycle is designed to sufficiently heat the water added to the oven bottom at the beginning of the steam clean cycle, so that it evaporates and can then condense onto food soils, softening them and making them easier to remove. We would suggest following the steps below. If you do experience trouble or have any additional questions specific to your unit you can send us a PM/DM on our Facebook or Instagram pages with your full model and serial number. Steps to use the Steam Clean feature: 1. Start with the oven at room temperature. 2. Wipe excess grease and soils from the oven. 3. Pour one cup of water onto the bottom of the oven. 4. Close the door. You cannot open the door during the 30-minute Steam Clean cycle. 5. Select CLEAN on the main menu, then select STEAM CLEAN. The control automatically defaults to the recommended cleaning cycle time. 6. Press the oven display button START/OFF to start the STEAM CLEAN cycle. To interrupt a steam clean cycle, press the oven display button START/OFF. 7. At the end of the Steam Clean cycle, soak up the remaining water, and wipe the moisture-softened soil from the oven walls and door.

I would advise letting the salmon soak in the marinade for at least 30 mins before popping in the oven. Otherwise the delicious flavor will not seep thru the salmon

Appliance installer here. Decent video. Should also show how to unbox the unit, take off the pallet, and safely move the appliance. Also, this video is out of order. The leveling must be done before securing it into the cabinet opening with screws. Another point, you want to align the side flanges of the fridge to the cabinetry and not necessarily to plumb.

Honestly, given she wanted wellness in the house i am shocked she went with an all gas top set-up...i get that it looks better and feels familiar but the induction tops are definitely better... Also an open faced gas appliance is terrible for indoor air quality and wellness...

Studies show diminished pulmonary capacity with gas appliances in the house, and no kitchen ventilation system is perfect. Furthermore, who switches on the ventilation when using the gas oven? Homes with gas cooking appliances have double the indoor nitrous oxide levels as electric appliances.

How do you clean cooked on grease/food off the stainless steel part of the burner heads? The burner heads on the Dual Fuel 6 burner range with griddle have burner heads where the top is brass and the bottom part is stainless steel (it's all one piece). Please advise

Does not cool. Temp always above 58 F. Paid someone to changed the thermostat. Cleaned coils, fan, still not colling to 45 F which is what my other fridge (same model) does. What to do now?

Our brand-new Monogram refrigerator was leaking cold air at the bottom of the French doors. When I investigated a little further, I found that the mullion would seat at an angle when the door was closed which caused a bad seal to occur when both doors were closed. The only way I found to solve this was to make sure to lightly pull the mullion forward with the right-side door open so that it was straight up and down before closing the door. Is there any adjustment that could be done to ensure that the mullion seats level when that left door is closed?
