This video is extremely old, Neil Patel has over a million subscribers over a year now so this video is probably 3 - 5 years old

I noticed Neil referenced the importance of monitoring his "open rate" I'm a little confused as a beginner by the fact that some highly respected experts say that open rates are still relevant, while others say that because of false "opens" from proxy servers reviewing the email first and the privacy laws, opens are irrelevant. What's your opinion?
@creatorschoolaiАй бұрын
Email providers like ConvertKit track open rate, click rate and such important metrics. Of course it's not 100% accurate, but it still gives you a solid idea of how well your list is doing.

I'm a longtime fan and follower of Matt Leitz - still kind of trying to wrap my head around how bots can best be used as Matt presents them; I feel more comfortable with building my own custom GPTs in ChatGPT than trying to get it done through botbuilders - especially the way that it was explained in this interview - this was hella convuluted as far as the conversation went. Maybe it's just a communication gap - but yeah, just didn't connect the dots through this dialogue for me - and I understand how bots work. I wish Matt had simplified the process more for the everyday person.

I appreciated your interview. Jon gave some fantastic insights and advice. One suggestion: I would have learned more if you would stop interrupting your guest. When you ask a question, it's important that you let them finish their answers completely. Maybe you could write out your questions beforehand and share them with your guest. It sounded like you asked him questions as soon as they came to your mind. I hope this helps. Thanks again. 😊

Biggest takeaways: Ideas can't be owned by law unless you get them out of your mind by any mean. But we might see changes in laws in the future where AI generated work is liable and has a copyrighted, even though it is learning from humans for free.
@eng.hindriyadh93614 ай бұрын
Changes are so rapid to the point it's not going to be nations vs nations anymore,, but rather FASTER developing technologies vs slower ones. We need to have awareness of all the changes around us and have self awareness Do your best, embrace your mistakes and learn from them THEN move forward.

how you solve copyright here? If I create a midjourney image and use it with a client, that image as no copyright, no one owned, so that means everyone can use it by just simple erasing the client logo, right? How you work around with that? I know in art you can appropiate an artwork if you change enough so is no longer the original artwork. This work the same in AI generated images? Can I just generate midjourney images or whatever model we are using and edit the file in photoshop in a way is no longer a non copyrighted image? If not, how we as service providers can fight a person using the images without the client losing his mind? is our responsability to fix the issue or the client?
@chuchuchutrain67354 ай бұрын
I ask chatgpt, apparently you can have copyright over things once you manipulate the content enough is no longer the original content. So we cool, I guess.
@creatorschoolai4 ай бұрын
@@chuchuchutrain6735 You would have to manipulate it yes, and not just by adding a filter but a significant altering of the image you got from Midjourney. With Adobe Photoshop and Firefly, you're more protected. I suggest checking the terms for each AI Image Generation tool though.
@chuchuchutrain67354 ай бұрын
the terms of Midjourney are clear. The images are yours... but. Is not about what the AI image generation tools or even the LLMs have to say. Is about the legislation of a country have to say and the legislation is also clear, you dont own artificial inteligence content, unless you do what you just said, you changethe output to a point is no longer like the original, wich is extra work btw. Im a visual designer and artist looking to create my own business with a few friends using AI just like the guest is doying but focused more in visual design an also branding like him. If you could have someone with expertise on the subject of legality over copyright and how much you have to change an AI image or copy so can be actually yours, that wold be amazing. Great content.@@creatorschoolai
