Hi Chris, thank you for the videos. Helps a lot. My problem is that I fitted a new wiring solenoid harness. Both the solenoids stays on (open) meaning the ethanol runs strait through the receiving flask into the pump out flask. All sensors are green. Did reset system about 10 times all ready. Any advice for this situation: The locking collar has a set screw that holds it in place. Our entire collar has come off and we can’t access the set screw when it is back in place due to the cover blocking it.

please when you tighten the hoses use some hose clamps otherwise the cooling liquid pressure will eventually loosen up the hose. There are 2 bar pressure after all

Why didn't you guys include the calibration of the flask sensor in the manual. I have to find out about this secret setting of pressing and holding the flask sensor button and turning on the main switch from this video. I've been searching for weeks on the internet for this exact issue. Please update the manual and include this information in it next time.
