junko's attacks aren't made to kill the player because of the spellcard rules, but if they are then that makes junko incredibly weak because most characters from impossible spellcard use harder spellcards and in that game characters aren't limited by spellcard rules also a lot of characters power description are so vague like keine's that you can interpret most characters in the seires as overpowered and worthy of being "one of the most powerfull"

Flan in both Cheating Detective Satori and TH17.5 were used as a killing machine straight up, like they would just bring her places to beat up people and she's just like "aight bet, say less" As for Hecatia, i'd agree she's the strongest but she's still a bit ambiguous imo. It was stated that she's the goddess of hell, but we never seen her in any environment that's hellish in anyway. And for being the goddess, the supposed ruler of hell, you'd think she's the superior of Eiki in some way, but when i dugged through a bit i found that Hecatia have only heard of Eiki and have actually not met her in person. my only conclusion is that Hecatia's hell different from the hell we know.

Id like to argue about a few spots: Eiki: sure, her ability is good, though its literally only gonna fully take into effect once youre in the afterlife and being judged. Put yuyuko in her spot. Keine: her ability is pretty op and all, though id beckon to put her maybe a bit lower; shes not that strong when it comes to fights. Sakuya: no, sadly she isnt beating remilias ability to manipulate fate (shes still very op tho so honourable mention is deserved for her!) Suika: not that i think she needs to be taken out, though she herself stated that Yuugi is physically stronger than her. Still, deserving of honourable mention. Watatsuki’s: Isnt like 1 Watatsuki stronger than Junko? So i think they should be in one spot together above Junko. Hecatia’s easily clapping them, though. I would place Yukari in 12th, Yuuka 11th and following the rest of your list. Since Yorihime doesn't attack and conquer Gensokyo because she would be humiliated by Flandre and Remilia in a real fight. And Yorihime is nothing in comparison to Hecatia, Sariel, Shinki and Junko. The idea that all of them are in a deal to preserve Gensokyo is each time more truth.

Suika:Fun character,Cute and cool design,Drunk(+) Just like demoman,One of the most recognizable themes in touhou,Silly funni goober,also her sprites are so cute,and also she was one of the 4 great onis so thats pretty cool too And also we cant forget her ability It combines alot with her goofiness. Also please stop saying she is a loli SHE IS NOT AND NEVER WAS SHE IS A GROWN UP ONI SHE ISNT CHILDISH SHE IS JUST SILLY AND ALSO SHE IS BUFF also she drinks so thats even 1 more reason.
