There could be an easier solution if you use REVO for uninstalling as it gives options to scan all ramifications, register keys etc to remove all traces of a file or software. That is a better way to remove "all". Using the commander "cleanmgr" to remove added logs etc (click all boxes, you won't lose data except downloads), then using PowerShell (as admin) to run commands "sfc /scannow" and "dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth". Hope this helps too.

Mettal Horde REVO is great, it’s a full clean uninstall of any installations. It does nothing wrong. Windows by default keeps hidden files in the case you will reinstall. It’s lost space, added junk in the register... REVO allows without having great technical skills to do a clean uninstall simply by bypassing windows default settings on uninstalls. I would never not use it.

I asked if its necessary to reinstall the program if i dont use it anymore and dojt want it. Like can i just uninstall it and delete all the files related to it then leave it at that?

this error would not let me shut my PC off, i always had to so ALT+Delete and thats the only way i was able to close my pc, so thanks again.

probably u have another software error this error shows for more softwares not only this one and that one windows update triggerd this error for that softwares for me it was this one Player.me an dthis solution helped me so if u dont have player .me instaled and u dont use it its probably another software and I dont know that this works with them u can always try and if dont work sorry mate try find another solution. :) merry chrismas and happy new year :)
