Ok the area he talking about is the outflow channel the water came from canyon lake into Elsinore I am a flood victum from 1980 they removed those bridges so they could pump the water thru area around street was flooded their is a VIDEO on you 1980 flood lake elsinore been long time water mite came thru town then at lake level 1265 then the water flowed out 1974 you can take spring street across the lake bottom to grand one block from circle K

1980 flood the lake cross lake shore Dr into that baseball park they cut the town in half so they could pump the water out them build a new bridge then no one would drive thru down they go down lake shore mite be 1990 they made lake shore a one way street force everyone to drive thru down town area they took out the bridge on lake shore never put it back that why lake shore don't go all the way thru force everyone to drive thru town
