As someone who is professionally diagnosed Autistic and has an education in Psychology, I can tell you the vast majority of "signs and symptoms" for psychological disorders you see on social media, especially in the comment sections, are wildly inaccurate. More often than not they are just common human behaviors and quirks being pathologised. Be very careful and do actual research at the very least before letting yourself be convinced you or anyone else has a psychological condition based off of these things. Just because Autistic people breath air doesn't mean everyone who breaths air is Autistic, just because you have basic things in common with a person who has a disorder does not mean you have the disorder. You do not need a diagnosis to be special and unique, having a distinct personality is normal, there is nothing wrong with or deindovidualizing to be categorized as normal.

Behavioural therapy has actually been proven to not work though in most cases and have been proven to cause worse tic and just mental strain. I’ve heard of more people with behavioural therapy finding it much harder to control their ticks afterward because their body starts making the movements they’re supposed to do instead of the tics into new tics.
