Switched to Cosynee Life's Himalayan Shilajit capsules after other brands didn’t work for me. Definitely noticing better energy and less post-workout fatigue. Really impressed with the results so far.

What can I do to lower my sugar for a blood test in 4 days? My sugar was good until I got sick and my doctor put me on medication that will increase my sugar. She was right it was high in the 200's and even went up one day in the 300's. I finished my medication and now my sugar is slowly going back down but still in the low 200. I don't want to be on metformin anymore and want to work with my sugar through dieting. I have been eating good. I'm afraid to throw in fruits.

To lower your blood sugar before a test, focus on eating low glycemic index foods like vegetables and whole grains, stay hydrated, and engage in regular, moderate exercise. Monitor your carbohydrate intake, favoring complex carbohydrates and practicing portion control. Consult your healthcare provider for personalized advice, especially given the recent medication impact on your sugar levels.

@@Freshmint2091 Thank you so much for your advice. I've been eating pretty well and I'm hoping my A1C has lowered so I can get off Metformin. I'm incorporating plant-based chicken, cutting down on meats, eating more fish and salads.

What a biased and simplistic video with stock images that boggle the mind. Injecting apples etc is not how you modify an apples gene, and balancing pros with perceived cons is a ridiculous and biased statement.
