Relax Feel your Chi as you burn in the essence of the energy field you wield As a habit I bite back and stab at the magician’s trick With a sickening lick I ring Double Ding! Bust the swing of the wing that bring that back I light this up on a death track Just rest your head back and said fact I retrace the laced as space makes it great again On the Earth I spin as thirst For the turn of the dove as love I white as snow and undertow from the flow Just so you know expands from head to toe and outwards Into the Universal With much rehearsal I mastered the energy Soul I roll and tend to unfold as I cold venomous snake explode The wake of show I bake and low off the made ends Mistakes I bent on the late Trip I skate on rip the weight song as Trip I bust it back clip Weapons Counterattack as Bullet Black in the sack I wig as whack cause brain damage You need bandage weight as my blade makes the cut and stab It’s up for grabs until my stick licks you quick as a bird flew Into the Blue Sky I scheme as Eye seen My mind in time seen the Green Bud overly they seem thug I Chi contact as I bomb back on a sack That’s hold the static stasis Gold as makeshift on the untold I break it Lift the plate shift 8 Ball I drift off and make the call as a Spliff I burn In turn the plate rotate turn I made weight I just as I relate straight on the 8 Ball for behind it I realigned it My Mind Style Fist as blind as a bat until I rinse since I seen the Green Bud combust as I Chi in the thug that bleed I need a hug Let’s proceed and train Weaponry

38:26, excuse me this is complete bs... MMA fighters have time and time again debunked these things. Came here after a Guru Viking interview, and now i know for sure the dude is full of bs, as 98% of those spiritual people are.

I asked a mick mackindian from nova Scotia how he was able to work steel 50 to 100 stories in a 30 mph wind .he said you must put your consciousness in your feet. I could not use this until Chinese martial arts taught me rooting and breathing through your feet.

Tai Chi does improve concentration ability. And for me, Tai Chi helped me more than physiotherapy, to recover from movement disability caused by neural damage from falling 10 meters down to asphalt from a bridge. Tai Chi is powerful, I attest to that with my experience.

This is just the explanation I was seeking! Thank you so so much for this- long time yogi here who has been dabbling in Daoist practices through books for a few years, interested in exploring the intersections of these pathways- just subscribed to your channel! 🙏🏻🌌✨

I have two books of different authors on breathing, one of them I have already read. In addition, I do have some of your books, Bruce, and they are a unique blend for sure. Thank you!

In psychological and some spiritual circles, I think, there's this thing called "Shadow Work" and "Active Imagination", which are similar. They are ways through which we make our inner life more whole, more integrated. But Qigong being a physical-energetic art that makes our tangible body more whole, yes... I can definitely get behind that statement too, even though I've not yet practiced proper Qigong, only a few forms of Tai Chi so far. Thank you!

So, sensitivize yourself. I love Tai Chi, even though I've started to prefer "improvised Tai Chi" more than the old pre-made movements. One fella who's also good with movements (Paul Chek) has said, that the movements that are the hardest for you to do, are the ones you should practice the most. Thank you!

These arts are amazing for bodily health, mental health, and spiritual health‘ Ji, Qi, Shen. They are not the best for self defense or fighting. I do Qi Gong, Nei Dan and various other Taoist and Buddhist arts. I would take my wrestling skills any day over these arts for straight up self defense and fighting. I will practice Qi Gong the rest of my life ☯️☸️☯️

Not only did Bruce release all strength in his hands so that they became super fast - he also released all tension in his back and thus the spinal stretch was done faster than the eye could see.

I couldn't do swings at all until I become able to feel the tension I was adding to swings. I'm not sure how it happened, but maybe this will give hope to people who have trouble releasing their arms.

Bruce is the real deal. The man clearly knows what qigong and taichi are all about when it comes to internal and external practices. I hope to one day participate in an in-person class with him before he stops teaching.

So ultimately your are relaxing and let your weight drop/sink your weight trough the segments of the kinetic chain into the ground right? I always focused on "folding the kua" which caused a lot of tension. When I simply dropped relaxed starting from my ankle and relaxing all other parts of the chain it was effortles and the pelvis sank naturally and was ultimately carried by my feet. Can you please share your view on that?

Magi in Java explains real neikung chikung, very few people left in the world with true mastery of yin, supernatural abilities like the movies, strict oaths signed in blood, death to those unsuccessful, level system that two ever maxed.
