I don’t have the movie anymore and don’t remember what it sounded like. I did search and the movie version was 8m 27s, this one is a little shorter, but it could be studio recorded version of it - definitely possible. Thanks. 🕊️☮️

@@duane.PrinceDMSR Diffrent from the movie version for sure as thhat one has live horns and instrumentation, but all the cues sound very similar to the movie version. Like an outline to the movie version.

I’ve only seen it in b/w. It was 1982, purely a guess but it was likely recorded with camcorders - which were still relatively new then. Maybe they couldn’t afford color cameras - I have no idea 🤷🏾‍♂️? Think I still had a b/w TV in my bedroom in 1982 (SMH 🤦🏾‍♂️) cuz my mom said color cost too much for me to have, the world was still converting to color. But I have seen (and have) some b/w concert video from his Dirty Mind tour as well… maybe color cameras/film were too costly for some. 🕊️☮️

It’s okay, but I’m not a huge fan of it either. The album version was long and complex enough, it didn’t need any additional mixing. Guess that’s why it remains unreleased. 🕊️☮️

im a lonely 50 year old friendless alcoholic with bad breath. ive got 100 Prince albums. ive only ever been to 1 concert for anyone in my whole entire life. Halifax, NS, private stageside VIP table, $500 for the ticket. worth every penny. i fvckin love Prince and i fvckin *loves* Cloreen (bacon skin). This brought a tear to my eye. I fvckin miss Prince so much. Thanks you. c
