I've gone from being a 25 year old para with a six pack, to a 57 year old balding fat bastard with a family pack.. 🤣 There is still a six pack hiding in there somewhere im sure.. If you have any advice on diet and such, im happy to take it on board. It doesn't help much when Asension keeps feeding me lots of great food and deserts. then of course, there's the beers. I know i could do with losing a few pounds, but the only pounds im losing lately are the ones in my wallet. Seriously though, thanks for the comment, i read every one of the ones here, and try to reply when i can. and if you can help with some diet advice, then its gratefully received. I purchased it because I saw so many favorable reviews, and I'd like to avoid bringing my bulky camera to some events I'd like to record. I forgot to add that I love all the plants I see outside. they are 16" modular steel rims with a 0 offset. then the tyres are 305/70/16 Comfosers. It has a 2" Brute status lift kit, and then Old man emu medium duty springs and shocks all round which give it a little more height. Thanks for the comment mate..

Quite Simply by speaking English as i have done for most of my life. I also speak my native language (Tagalog), plus some Ilocano, and basic Arabic. I have lived here and owned a full british passport for over 25 years, working in the Portland Hospital in London, and was one of only 6 Filipino nurses selected to work for the Emir of Qatar for over 3 years. I have studied and received over 105 professional qualifications and accreditations which were answered and written in the english language. So communicating with patients and clients in English is not a problem for me. My accent of course is heavy Filipino because i am Filipino by birth. However, i understand and communicate very well.

Hi Joyce. I try to speak in 3 different languages when doing my cooking. Mostly because 70% of the viewers are in different countries, and speak Tagalog, and Ilocano. I will try to put more effort into speaking a little more english for the viewers who just speak English. This is all new to me, and i am trying to get the balance right. Thank you for your comment. It was actually down to you that i started to cook on the channel. Not all of what im saying on the videos is cooking related, and you will notice that i also give the names of the ingredients in two languages. It is a good opportunity to learn some Tagalog (Filipino language) I hope the subtitles help X
