It was an OK game with a lot of great ,fun characters. Wish they would have done more with the racing aspect but as a sort of interactive anime it delivers.

Lol, it certainly is a quirky game. I think I originally stopped playing it for the same reason back when it originally came out. I just felt the urge to finally finish it now, but those quirks are still annoying.

You seem to be a cultured man Dweavis, very nice. You should try some of Yuzusoft's visual novels like Dracu-Riot! some day. How's Madcap it's been a while if you don't remember i'm Edwin the guy who helped you with the NOLF series. Because of work and the billions of games and their mods i don't have much time to watch everything but it seems you've played Condemned, if you're interested in kinda similar horror i recommend the Penumbra series as well if you haven't played it, try it sometime in the future. But to tell you the truth i would really love to see you suffer along with your friend on similar games like NOLF. 😉

If you're keen on playing Crimson Skies (and many other OG Xbox games online, you should look at getting your Xbox set up on Insignia, the new Xbox Live servers. All features are back, even voice chat. Biggest lobby I've had so far was 14 players in 2024! Which is pretty cool.

I believe that screen is only available if you have downloaded and installed the "mature patch". That is available on Steam, you just need to apply it once it is downloaded.

@@9278O1 Have you tried actually enabling it in Steam? Downloading it isn't enough, there is an option for every Steam game when right-click the title, select "Properties". Then select "Betas" and you should see the file there, all you need to do is select it from the dropdown menu and it will install it for you.

If you have either an Xbox One or a Series X, it is part of the "Rare Replay" compilation game released on Xbox One. It has 30 Rare games on there including Viva Pinata Trouble in Paradise. It's not a remaster, but it does make it available on newer consoles.
