Hi bạn. Khi PSC hỏi bạn chỉ cần giải thích là trên tuyến từ cảng này đến cảng kia có rất nhiều ENC không nằm trên route or cắt 1 góc rất nhỏ nên nó thực sự không cần thiết, vì vậy t không order. Nhưng bạn phải chắc là tàu vẫn có đủ hải đồ chi tiết để chạy qua vùng đấy.(Cái này PSC có thể hỏi thêm là tàu bạn có đủ hải đồ để chạy qua vùng này không?)

Hi there. Thank you for your comment mate. FYI, According to SOLAS II_1 The main steering gear is capable of moving the rudder from 35° on one side to 30° on the other side in not more than 28secs.

Hi bạn. Mình đã thử làm như cách của bạn. Nhưng hiện tại mình tra thông tin đài ShangHai và Guangzhou trên ADP thì không có dịch vụ Telex nữa. Mà thay vào đó là Broadcast. Như vậy có nghĩa là mình sẽ không thực hiện test NBDP với 2 đài này được nuqax đúng không bạn?

Hi em.cảm ơn comment của em. Em nói cũng có ý đúng nhưng thường thì lúc em tính sai số la bàn thì em đã biết được sai số la bàn của tàu em là bao nhiêu rồi. Trong trường hợp sai số lớn thì lúc tàu trong cầu là thời điểm thích hợp để em double check và adjust lại sai số em ạ.

Hi anh. Anh có thể làm video về On load/ Off load test và Capacity test cho battery của GMDSS được ko a. E đọc 1 số tài liệu thì 1 số chỗ nói voltage ko được giảm quá 1.5V, 1 số chỗ lại nói không được giảm quá 10% khi mình test on load, off load là sao a?

Hi em. Cảm ơn comment của em. A sẽ làm video này đợt tới em nhé. A đang trong kỳ nghỉ. Chắc em hiểu thế nào là on load và off load rồi đúng ko. Theo quy định khi em test onload/offload thì battery của em không được giảm quá 10% votltage của battery. Ví dụ trước khi test em đọc là 25v thì sau khi test xong, votltage không được giảm quá 10% tức là 2.5v.
