Great machine, but price not very pleasing. Customer service & tech support at best marginal. When a newer model comes, good luck with support. Huge investment down the drain. Anyone remember "Blue Shark"?

So the first method my tigershark did not come with that key holder. I am second guessing this purchase. Have not been able to make a single key with our yet!

Minus the engraving feature, why is the machine better than a cheaper Chinese key cutter like the sec-e9? What kind of warranty does it come with? Does it fit easily inside a mobile van?

Cool machine, just wish it was less expensive.

Im having some serious reminders of Miracle a9, I wonder who designed this, at least automotive parts.

this machine does not work as they show nor what they say, old software on new hardware, my machine broke in 2 moths, they still working on it, after almost 3 month they still have not fixed it.it was a costly mistake buying this junk

it is very slow, the software is very old, still does not cut new hyundai keys,miss leading information,garbage machine

this is stupid machine, does not work good,my machine broke down within 2 months of light use,the carrage jut stop moving, I sent it back ,3 months they still have not fixed yet, Im still waiting,unproffecional customer service.

I'm not a MEDECO distributor, but I've actually decoded and cut MEDECO Biaxial Fireking safe lock keys with my machine.

The Tubular jaw is going to be one of my next purchases from HPC.

LOL! I really like this video. Made me laugh because it really sounded like my story... "There once was a man named Kirk, who retired and then had no work; after taking a class and buying some brass he then had to go back to work... He tried using different machines, the HPC was was the machine of his dreams. He saved up his pennies until he had many and purchased the Tiger Shark 2.

I cranked out 15 keys the other day for the Sheriffs Department in a matter of minutes. They couldn't believe how quickly I was finished with the job. This machine can duplicate keys to manufacturers specs or original key specs quickly and easily.

I used this new quick search feature today and I really like it! Another feature that I use almost every time I generate keys for a vehicle that has no keys is the auto fill program. When I use certain tools to decode the door locks, I then take those numbers and plug them into the missing bitting and it gives me all the possibilities for the ignition.

I can attest to the fact that this machine can do almost everything! I use it every day and the engraving option is nothing short of amazing!! I used it recently for engraving numbers on about 200 safe deposit box keys for a new install at a bank. It made quick work of the job and they looked very professional. I've even have had some fun engraving some JPG files that I have on larger bow keys. I would recommend this machine in every shop. It is so easy to use and the newest updates that HPC have implemented are great!

I'm interested in this project, but have a question; what prevents accidental deployment? For example, you leave your home and lock your deadbolt with your keys... While your gone, someone stops by to see if you're home, knocking on the door a few times... What prevents the vibration from causing the active portion from falling down, and locking you out?

This machine just replaced three redundant machines on my service vehicle! The Tiger Shark2 is my go to machine for all my key cutting needs. It even engraves!

Can we please have videos of the plug followers , especially the adjustable plug follower and the rekey station and adjustable plug holder and other tools for rekeying locks? Thank you.

This will have to be one of my next additions to my Tiger Shark2. I really can't say enough good things about this fine key machine. It can literally cut just about every key I've put in it and if it doesn't, the engineers will make sure it will. This is a real money maker for me! Thank You HPC for making such a fine machine!

Nice idea, but I hoping to see a mass key cutting machine, where you're able to pre load with blanks and let it go to town.
