Great video! but I need to correct it: Yulin is not One of China's last cities where people still eat dog。All Chinese cities have people eating dog meat (except for some ethnic minority areas such as Muslim areas), and even the only city that try to prohibits dog meat (Shenzhen) still has people eating dog meat. I am in Shandong Province, and the vast majority of people I know have eaten dog meat and do not refuse to do so. Of course, in daily life, we rarely eat dog meat, and most people only eat it once every few years or even a decade.

Amongst all the food in China, Cantonese food is my favorite, but almost all Cantonese restaurants have bad service😂

Dried shrimps are BEST! They use it lot in Thailand and southeast Asia. You should use them as spice for som tam Thai papaya salad etc. Not eat just like that😅
