This is a case of generalized teeth wear: -you have to ask about the cause of tooth wear and remove the cause (parafunctional habits or tooth erosion due to GERD or any other cause) -impressions , study cast and facebow record is mandatory and semi adjustable articulator -for sure this case will a loss of VD then you have to propose VDR and VDO (VDR-VDO= free way space ) -adjust this acrylic jig according the proposed VDO by removing or adding on the acrylic jig and guide the patient to bite in the centric relation CR -CR will require to be repeated several times to ensure the correct relation by ensuring TMJ and muscle fatigue -after closing on the jig to the correct VDO inject bite registration material on both right and left occlusion. In case of free end saddles occlusion blocks should be used -then mount the upper cast according to FB record and lower cast according to CR -proceed by constructing weather habit breaking appliance or any temporary restoration for not less than 3 months may be more to stabilize the condition by rehabbing the patient to the correct VD and proper occlusion (of course full mouth wax up will be done in this step ) - All stable = proceed with permanent restoration Very simplified data.. good luck
