I'd like to think of it like this. Motor gp is definitely harder to ride, but 4wheelers are harder to master. Idk how bikes feel in sim, but judging by what you said, I'd guess it's like driving an older race car, difficult to keep in control, meaning you spend more time regulating the limits, and 4wheels you don't, so you focus more on finding those hundreds of a second through every corner to find it's upper limits, making it harder to master, since everyone is doing the same. You can say bikes has a lower maximum limit, than with 4wheels which has a higher limit that can be found. Making them both different but difficult in their own way
