Pastor, Since Greek organizations are so imbedded into the culture of HBCUs, do you still recommend that our students attend these institutions?

@@coyd258 Great question! John 17:15 KJV states “I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil.” There is no where we can go to escape the world so we should teach our children to be aware and guard their hearts against those influences of the world. Not every aspect of an HBCU is evil but we must teach our children what is good and what is evil so they can be on watch for such things. We are in a fallen world and evil is present everywhere so I believe exposing secret societies as the evil they and teach our children how to avoid them is the best alternative. This goes for all forms of evil.

Yes I can. There are demons which can be inside of us which influence us negatively. Deliverance is the process of casting out those demons out of us. Never heard of J& J. Thank you for standing on conviction from God. The children of Israel kept going back into captivity not long after God delivered them & they paid the price dearly with curses placed upon them bcuz of idolatry. I think a stronghold on too many people's minds is thinking of physical idols, but not their heart posture. May God grace you and others with more boldness! One day we will all stand before a Holy God who will say "I never knew you" to those who think they can be both. Those words cause me to examine myself often by the Holy Spirit. All you can do is present truth based on research, God's leading. No one is forced to believe you, but we pray spiritual blindness be lifted while God is extending us mercy. Frightfully, many Black folks may end up in hell bcuz they held onto the bait of satan. Materialism, pride, and status are pitfalls of the enemy & a dangerous drug!

What I would say is that whatever a person vow, the Bible is clear not to swear to it and if a person does make a vow to keep it.

Although I never knew your grandmother sounds like she was no different than my wife and I who love God but was deceived which is why she had you join that organization. God see this organization and others like it as idolatry against Him. In any case the Bible is clear on who will or will not inherit the Kingdom of God via salvation as long as your grandmother repented of this evil and cleared all items within this scripture she would be saved. “Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Jessica don't mistake the people who are in these organizations as evil however the organization itself is and many like myself and family were deceived by Satan into joining it. Many of these organizations have God deceived children in them and there is good in God’s children so don't be surprised they would be excited for you getting saved and baptized. God wants his children back which is why he is revealing this truth to us now.
