I take umbrage in regard to “uncooperative patient”. No matter how much one tries best to cooperate, gagging and dry heaves cannot be controlled by the patient.

i doubt you are using IVUS. i would understand if you say TEE or TTE and look for the catheter tip, but interpreting the doppler waveform, i dont understand that part. Please enlighten me.
@kicapification Жыл бұрын
Hi, can you explain more on how doppler helps in determining your catheter tip location? I don't undestand how does doppler spectral analysis helps your specifically for tip localization. I understand the utilization of echocardiogram in tip localization using agitated saline test, but not with doppler. Or are you using intravascular ultrasound (IUS)?

just I have a question, Do you know about the properties of the cuff? its mechanical properties, its material type, its strength, everything. OR do you know where and how can I find any details of the cuff? (Imagine a student wants to build/make this cuff in a laboratory, therefore needs to know about ALL properties of it) Could you please guide me? Thank you.

I lost my 29 year old brother Manan mipun because when he had fever we thought he was having common fever, till the 10 th day he was eating only paracetamol his fever didn't improve, then only when his oxygen was 88 suddenly by the 11 th day we tested him which we came to know that his fever was covid and on the 12 th day we took him to Apollo hospital Guwahati, he was very fine and walking and breathing by April 28 the date he was admitted to the ICU, by the April 29 we got the news that he became critical with the oxygen levels then by the morning of that day he had cardiac arrest, and the doctor couldn't revive him, my brother left his body to enter the other realm. We should have taken him to covid testing the 1 st day he was having fever. Does any 1 know how he suffered the cardiac arrest? He was physically fat but how did he suffering cardiac arrest exactly on the covid infected period? His CT scan was 15 which doesn't qualify for severe hypoxia or at least he can be sustained good oxygen with a 5 liter supplemental oxygen. Or is this medical negligence? Did he removed his oxygen supply and the staff didn't know?
