These kind of performances always confuse me, and I will happily admit that these are all around the best performances by random people becoming a family through a silly ceremony in under 24 hours. Usually these performances are dreadful. This one clearly isn’t. But have we listened to the lyrics? This admits to being on the run, questions if the man getting married should maybe not show up and so on. It’s so far off from the story they should be telling. It’s a mere hours until you get married and if you remember as much that night as I remember of my wedding party, then I guess it doesn’t matter. Again, nice performance. I hope you all sang Master of the House at the reception.

Crazy thing is: This is nine years ago filmed with probably not the best equipment (at least compared to now) which goes for the audio equipment aswell. Still this is the most mesmerizing rendition for a private event that I can think of. So many professionals with trained voiced that you can even spare microphones
