Bro this video is sick. It has been my favorite since 2021

Critical you were the first cubing channel I subscribed to and I still reference your videos sometimes for PLL and OLL algorithms and recognition tips. I hope you come back to uploading again someday, but even if not, I hope you are doing well and life is good for you. Peace.

i've been using f2l or fridrich method for ever and i wanna learn something that's basically better with fewer moves, do you think this it the best method for that? or is there another one that's even better, or is it too hard?
@CrasyFingersАй бұрын
is this one of the ways the pros use? pretty sure most pros use f2l, but what about these other ones, is roux like the 2nd most popular amongst pros?

I'm averaging 30 seconds rn and aiming for 20 second average. I want to get like a 2-3 second cross before going for cross+1, though infinite inspection has gotten me a few pretty good solves when I've used cross+1 (including an 18 second one which I was really happy with. Still not my PB but it's my best since getting rusty lol). It feels like a puzzle almost.

An interesting variation of this is BBCOP, or Box Box "Cross" OLL PLL: Build both boxes using Roux, then solve the remaining bottom edges. Then execute OLL and PLL as normal.

Beginner advice…the algorithm at 2:34 is used for corners but there are several cases addressed later at 7:00. Watch that FIRST before wasting time memorizing the algorithm like I did. Also U is clock wise and U2 is twice counter clockwise …. I guess that is an error? U’2? Or I guess U2 in either direction achieves the same goal?…headlights reference 13:47 No headlights just do the long algo once to create them.

That doesn’t help either. I just keep on going to settings and turning the notifications off for the app 🙃

Please explain further, I am incredibly confused about the constant orientation changes and lack of indication of where the bottom (Edge+2 Corners) line is going.
