"giannelli full system exhaust" Custom meaning it's not stock on the bike or if we're being technical "After market". I'm sure it did not come out of the Aprillia factory with it on.

Ive been owning and riding bikes long enough to know not to continue to bother with your inbred online antics. Clearly this RS250's engine has been so souped up that a custom exhaust is needed... Clearly thats the only reason it's there... clearly.. Fucking idiot. The main use of a custom exhaust on a bike is purely for the sound and looks, yes you may possibly get more HP or fuel effeciency but it's hardly a turbo, dick. The performance gains are soo minimal they are hardly worth mentioning

If it's a 4 stroke, its not gonna do much, but this is a 2 stroke, exhaust affects hp a lot more, why do you think there's much more variety for 2 stroke exhaust systems? They're designed for effect at different rpm levels with different cylinder kit. It's all about how the expansion chamber is designed and the cylinder

The trick was/is to shim out the washer/spring clip on top of the lever so it doesn't rattle round the shaft. Worked on my RGV, never bothered on the RS.

I'm only talking in terms of sound since that's primarily all a custom exhaust is for, not weather the bike itself is good or if it looks good or bad.
