Why is there such a huge delay in changing channels on this pedal? Going from dirty to clean seems to be hard to do on the fly.

Wait, you press one and two and the THREE lights light up to show you are on bank TWO? I like Peavey gear but the manuals are just pure rubbish. Was hoping to find a good Sanpera I tutorial but your explanation of the banks and presets is very confusing.

I am in a band we are getting are covers,and original songs tight.But I don't have a pedal for my Peavy vypyr 30 amp.I want to get the Sanpera 2 pedal for my 30 amp. My question is can you use the Sanpera 2 for the Peavy Vypyr 30 amp?Or do you have to use the Sanpera 1 for the Peavy Vypyr 30 amp

Just got my Sanpera I pedel about a month ago. I have a Peavy Vypur 30 amp. This pedel is made for this amp. So far this works great. I've had my PV 30 amp for about 3 months now and it's great. As advertised, you can get 100s of sounds out of this amp which makes the Sanpera I pedel work great!

Nice vid just a quick question the most presets you can get to with only one click back and forth is only 4 ? then if you want the next 4 presets it's more clicking so if your on stage basically your talking 4 presets and a wah wah to be used with any of those 4 presets with easy one click back and forth access if you want more than that your click this and that which on stage must be a mess what we need is a 12 switch pedal 1 for each preset one click from #1 to #12 or one click #3 to say #9

To answer a few comments: I never use the pitch shifter so I totally forgot about it, the Sanpera 2 does have 400 presets but I wouldn't use is so I didn't mention it, and it's my house, lol, not my parents!

The Sanpera II offers far more features. You were incorrect in saying that the Sanpera I does everything the II can do. One major advantage of the II is that you can save 400 presets additional presets. You really should do your research before making such claims. Someone could purchase a Sanpera I based on what you've said and then find out that they needed the extra storage of the II.

to me its unusable, because the clicks of the pedal are louder than the guitar, as you here in this video. maybe on my next gig in a football stadion i will use it, but in small clubs -no way. and for a midi controler, this is totally unnecessary.

I love my Vypyr 30 and Sanpera One. Yeah, I know, it's all solid-state and digital and its not as good as tubes and all that, but I don't give a shit what anyone thinks but myself, and my setup ROCKS. I use a Boss NS-2 to keep everything nice and quiet and a Boss TU-3 tuner. Those are the only two pedals I need. I have 24 (12 normal gain, 12 high gain) amp models, and all the stompboxes and effects are in the amp. The foot switch gives me a killer looper and Wah pedal. Thanks Harland Peavy!

FYI, I've been using this set up for 2 years straight. I play smaller live venues, about 150 - 200 people, and am miked all the time. I've had great success with this setup and would recommend it to anyone.

It'd be nice to be able to do that. Just for that reason I was contemplating the Line 6 Spider Jam or the Fender G-DEC but the tones and versatility of the Vyper was far superior to my liking.

I'm really sorry for not getting back to you sooner. I'm assuming that you've got this figured out already. But for those who are wondering, you can switch between aux and main modes by pressing buttons 3 & 4 at the same time. This will turn the aux mode on so you can record loops, etc, and do the same to switch back. To switch banks, you press buttons 1&2 at the same time then press which bank you want (1, 2, or 3).

Yup. Since the Sanpera goes directly to the amp, not through your guitar, you can have pedals infront of the amp. Plug your guitar into your Wah, then into the amp. You'll still be able to switch presets with the Sanpera and use the pedal for volume if you want. I think you'd end up with a better wah sound with this setup anyway.

I believe it's just the 30 and up. Although, I think the new Nano Vyper will handle the Sanpera pedals but you'd have to check the Peavey website for specifics.

Sure. You can run any stompbox or wah pedal as normal through the regular guitar jack. The Sanpera plugs into the back of the amp. The pedal works only with the Peavey Vyper amp I believe. That is a modeling amp with mega amounts of effects already.

Could you still use a seperate wah pedal with this? I just got a nice VOX wah wah pedal and am thinking about getting this, as long as it or the sanpera 2 works with it. Thanks.
