Ha, I did get something new right from the beginning of the video, in the 10 years I’ve been working freelance (and now panicking that clients are disappearing), it never once occurred to me that my clients or shop customers cared one bit about who I am as a person, I’m self-absorbed like that, so that was gold and I should try to do more of that, thank you for the valuable advise! Hate networking… hahahaha! Yes, that and marketing, I’m right there, that’s why I don’t succeed in life.
