Sleeving is unnecessary when you can just pile shuffle 30 cards. Both for player deck and encounter deck.

More players.forgetting the rules and playing the game to suit them .slow down and play properly.

Enjoyed the play through, have just recently picked up this game and learnt a few rules through watching. Health per player for some enemies hadn't noticed that before and interacting with other players' card in their threat area. Thank you.

I've just played that scenario for the first time with the guardian and the rich guy. I did quite well by getting 8 of the 12 clues and managing to get one of the characters be killed in turn 8 so just lost in the fog. I have two remarks concerning your play: 1. Drawing so many auto-fails. The Arkham Horror LCG is my #1 game of all time. But it wouldnt if I didnt houserule it, because I really dislike winning or losing just because of plain luck, I mean drawing far overproportionally good or bad chaos tokens. That's why I dont put drawn markers back in the chaos bag until there are three markers left. This evens the proportion of drawing good/bad markers and as sideeffect adds a tactical component to the game, as the bag isn't just a "programmed dice" but you can slightly plan based on already drawn tokens. On average, this makes the game slightly easier but well it's already hard enough. ;-) 2. The person who played the rich guy did a reeeally poor job by spending ressources to play the pistol while still having two cards of "money talks" and "cunning" in his hand. Those are the cards you want to play first while still having a lot of ressources. He used so many ressources that he made his "money talks" cards useless. He could have used money talks to fight and/or cunning to investigate. Maybe he is a new player but with 4 players around one should have given that hint.

If I own cards from expansions can I choose to deck build with those cards even if I’m doing the Night of the Zealot? Or do I have to only use cards that come with the core set for this campaign

That's quite the achievement! There was a bit of luck with the heretic being in the crypt when it needed to go there, but you had rounds to spare. I hadn't realize how much Erynn makes the skulls less awful (since the heretics are under her instead of in the victory display).

Hey WingingIt, I enjoy watching arkham playthorughs on youtube and while I generally prefer TTS for making the cards visible (for those streamers who enlarge the cards for a second while they play), I have to say that I really like the way you show the cards on the screen that you are playing/considering playing as it helps us follow along a lot better what your options are and the choices you make. Thanks for doing that.

I am pretty sure you can see the face up side of a location but then you have to turn It on the face down. So you could not drain water in those locations because you did not open up tecnically

I'm so excited for this whole series of different Charlie Kanes. Really like this approach of leaning into support and being able to flex to do whatever else needs doing. Hadn't considered Abigail Foreman on him before but that combo in particular is something I'm going to definitely keep in mind. Charlie with a lot of books just makes sense. And I really enjoy the synergy going on with tomes/secrets/charges/blade/PMP. Very cool!

Playing progression for Arkham seems so hard! Especially because of all the level 0 cards that come out in the mythos packs that you have to spend XP on.

Yes, for Charlie this is awesome. I thought of: Drop Venturer down with Hit & Run, exhaust him to get a bullet, then use Bonnie and ready him, use it again for another bullet, then combo it with Calling in Favors and get a Beat Cop(2) or any other 4 or lower cost Asset. Something like that is gonna be commonly done with this card. Even for Mystics could be worth putting an Arcane Initiate since she will lose her Doom but still might give you a card, same with Alyssa Graham so you can stack your deck for free while getting a +1 Book that round. A lot of little combos like that is what makes this one great.

It's a great attempt at explaining but you're missing a lot of key points. Main reason for that is that you take the POV of hey this starter box. But what if you have other cards thrown together - and how do you sort these out. 14:03 let's ignore that the investigator card we just saw mentioned this card. You find a white crescent with no cost in top left. There are cards that do not say X deck only. Those white crescent cards you can NOT put in your deck. White crescent cards with NO pips have NO cost so they cannot be purchased. 15:48 beat cop has a silhouette in bottom right, so he's an ally I suppose. But how do you play an asset? Beat cop shows a fist bonus, but fight in bold does not show a fist, so the bonuses shouldn't stack. ooh wait a white fist is equal to a black fist then? 16:24 that would go down and this would stay in play - what exactly do you mean by that? 16:56 you're too casual here. It took a lot of research but there are weaknesses, and a special kind of it is a basic weakness. This is not a basic weakness. All weaknesses can be treachery (or not). Some are referenced by an investigator card. Some have a card group icon and go into play when that card group is used in a scenario (but how exactly they are added and to whom I don't know). 21:38 these bold keywords in the center you keep ignoring, but you point out to a word in normal font. IIRC there was a symbol for "fast" as well, why isn't the symbol used here? the lightning bolt thing (free). what's the difference between fast and free? both don't cost an action. 22:43 you say it does direct damage. Direct damage is different from damage, and the card doesn't say Direct damage.

for a 101 you are jumping over far too many basic things. beat cop has a symbol on the bottom right that looks like a chess pawn. What does it do. If there was a preliminary video before this one, this one should NOT be called 101 but 102 at least. And a link to such a 101 is missing. Are you always this sloppy? Do you actually want to convey information or not?

Just before 2:10:09 after you were defeated and the deep one finished attack it is exhausted until upkeep when it then engages mrs. winging it. Enemies exhaust after attacking.
