Years ago, I had a Sunday morning routine of sitting at the kitchen table doing the Sunday crossword and listening to my favorite classical albums. This piece by Ravel was always on the list.

If you would fix your technique, you would not need to wear a wrist brace. You have too much tension and poor position, support. It doesn't help that you play on terrible harps.

I saw Isabelle perform live when I lived in Colorado many years ago. She is still my favorite harpist and the inspiration for me to continue to improve at the harp.

Literally every other pro I've ever seen avoids that 4-2/3-1 pattern in the right hand in the second bar, and I'm gratified to see you using it. I've been really buckling down on that pattern to work it in since it's a new technique thing for me, and everyone else uses workarounds, either harmonics or using two hands. I'll buckle down and keep working on it.

Check out Tailleferre's "Concertino pour harpe et orchestre" as well as the pedagogic pieces written for Madame Tardieu's harp students, "[18] Pieces pour harpe", published by Musik Fabrik around 2000)-- although written about the time of the advent of The Great War.

Good Heavens !!! That womans dress is too low.. she might as well go topless... put some clothes on, lady... Mozart would be embarrassed to have the harpist with such a low dress on.

She really needs to stop playing awful Camac harps. They are not musical instruments. Awful tone. And she needs to relax.
