Please sir there is no download option on my ITN practical page

Sir, once I clicked on the downloaded tracer it open a log in page and when I click on netacad it shows site cant be reached. Mean while the tracer is opened in background and the task but I can't access it unless I responds to the netacade.come/credentials....page.
