I believe Roark bluff is directly across from Steel Creek Campground. No such thing as bushwack...just walking in the woods. No fly rod for me man. You should know that a spinning reel is king with a name like SpinningNoza. Smallmouf bass are quite dense and have a high molecular weight compared to other feesh. I have encountered many a porky and wrestled a few...all were defeated and ran away like little girls. You're doing an overnight up there this weekend, right? Have some fun. Watch out for random explosions.

@@NoTrail Only been to Pam's once. If you head west on the OHT from Haw Creek campgrounds it will take you to Gee creek, which is a very pretty area when the waters are flowing. Yes, they are both pretty odd. 😆

Some stands in the Rock Creek area have remarks like "mature sawtimber that needs to be thinned" - that's scary! We should convince them to make remarks like "beautiful mature forest in a unique area that needs to be federally protected".

We evolved to an upright bipedal posture, why go back to 4 points of contact like a lower animal? Looks like a nice flashlight but too damned expensive and I'm never in a tactical situation. @@NoTrail Actually, I only use one ski pole. I'm a walking tripod. The light is too expensive but it has 2000 lumens and a kick butt strobe feature that would temporarily blind an attacker- human or otherwise.

I'm ok with a walking stick but no matter how many ski poles you use, you've fallen one of the biggest scams to sell gear along with ultralight backpacks and tents...in my opinion. South Bend I think. I've always used 4lb but recently switched to 8lb cuz the 4 is too easily messed up.

Thankee criggssngrainsnthings. The fog messed me up. I tried to get the SkyCam to go above the fog, but it was too thick.

We were being quite serious, but thanks TrailOff. SkyCam 5000 did all the work there...it's an autonomous glider that does what it pleases.
