Looked like a nice little walk in the woods. Never been in Reeves Creek. The nearest I've been is Adkin's Creek. I need to go check out Pruitt Hollow too.

I did a tough bushwhack around our property the other day. It took over two hours to go 1.5 miles and I wasn't loafing. It was more climbing than walking. Some really rugged terrain just outside of the Buffalo National River boundary.

Yesterday for me my temperature was at 5:00 a.m. a whopping 4° f that's without the windshield on the way to work that 4° f was actually -24° f or slightly colder or by work since the wind's constantly or anywhere between 14 and 60 mph so it gets even colder over there

Thank you my good man This video is going to be an awesome relaxation for me I just got done doing quite a few miles snow biking photography no video and I made a big big boo-boo It was a good decision and a bad decision also same time My outer jacket maybe waterproof but yeah it definitely held the sweat in so I was getting extremely cold on the way home especially when the temperature was only 12° f

Awfully brave of you to venture out into all that snow. I've been down in Boen Gulf a few times. Cool area. Susie and I are headed out tomorrow I think. Not sure where but nothing too crazy. Waiting for more melting to occur today.

They have see to haul cedar up out of shop to a mill up on top , right across the rock bridge. Or right ad and s pretty much gone now,but there were over a dozen homes along shop creek there.

Hmmm...cool place to live. It is a remote looking valley very similar to its counterpart over the ridge to the west, the East Fork of the Little Buffalo. Both are treasures that don't have much in the way of logging down in their watersheds.

I was sending the video to that TV from my phone...they were unaware. No thanks on the deer. I hit another one with my new car a month or so ago and am now afraid to drive over 30 mph. Thanks Chops. I put the largest cam in there that it could handle. The cylinders are bored out to accommodate pistons twice the normal diameter. The fuel injectors are massive. The intake manifold is custom and illegal. The headers breathe like a someone's mother.

Ha. I was just looking at the Strawberry Bluffs last night on my maps. Glad you avoided the dangerous 19°. It was even more dangerous this morning with 14°. Every restaurant in the area ought to should your videos on their widescreens. They'd get more business that way.

It was 13° at my house. Tht Strawberry Bluff line is interesting, but many scumsucker style people visit it due to its proximity to the road. This style of human (subhuman) enjoys defacing all natural wonders with paint and trash. You are quite familiar with this phenomenon as well. If I saw that crap on the TV I'd leave immediately.

That sure looked like bear prints to me. Jumbo johnny was definitely a big ol' boy. I've never ventured down to the creek from Alum Cove but I might have to. We are headed out early for some cold weather bluff action north of Hurricane Creek. Happy New Year's!

There are 2 caves in that bluff you slept on that you missed, they have man made rock walls at the edge opening to block the wind. We have walked up from the Belle Starr cave falls at the bottom a few times to see them. They go about 30 feet back into the rock and are 15 feet to the ceiling

Nice trip! Is that a new kayak? I was gonna say the river seems up, but according to USGS the river level at Pruitt back on Nov. 5 was over 30 feet. How is that even possible? LOL Must be a glitch. The Cliff House looks great.

Thankee WayBob. I've had that boat a couple a years...used on at least 5 trips now. Where you been boy? My level was at the top of the recommended range. It did get up that high back then. No glitch. The Clifferson House is overpriced, but great for the views. Merry Christmas to you and unto yours.
