The backstory from why volobear and zilean gets a buff is from riot games someone there was named zilean and he doesn't want volibear to be in the game but too bad since he did make it into the game zilean and voli won't get a buff anymore because of the reworked volibear also if either your enemy has leona or vayne while your team has leona or vayne will get a buff the buff is every time leona uses her skills on vayne in non rank the damge will get -1 damage debuff its because vayne is wearing sunglasses thats why leona's damage decreases by 1
