This is entirely about drugs. The first 'agent that is best' is to tell the patient to stop eating dietary carbohydrates. Reduce it to zero as quickly as possible. T2 diabetes is chronically elevated blood glucose. The cause of that is eating it. STOP eating it. It is not required to be eaten. Stop eating carbohydrates and the chance of needing any of these medications approaches zero very quickly.

This shows the absolute futility of managing a lifestyle induced disease with medications and referrals to dieticians. The physician's solution is not to support her to change her behaviours, meal timing, etc but rather to inject her which she does not prefer. This means less compliance and more complex medication administration. Focus on her education and support her to eat and exercise.

They drained a little over 5 liters from me and I dropped 14 lbs. There were more liters left but it got too painful for me I had to stop. The site they chose to extract was by my ribs where I had the most pain. And my arm was under the drain so I moved and it shifted the needle in me and I actually cried out 😭 I wasn't in this position from the video at all 🥺
