@@ramoonay i bought mine july 2022 and until now i am still using it. It does not reach 5 hrs to charge though. That’s too long. Did you see your charger light turn red when charging and then green when full? Mine is now working 30 minutes continuous use. I am planning to buy extra battery because now I hired a senior high student to do the grass cutting for me 1 hr per day using this mower but the battery just lasts 30 mins. So he has to use the manual shears to cut the grass when the mower is already lowbat. I got lucky with the product I received it is really still working until now despite being used all the time cause we have quite a spacious yard to maintain. Did you buy from the same seller where I bought mine from?

@@ramoonaythere should always be a charging indicator somewhere maybe it’s the charger that’s busted? Mine turns red when charging and green when full. The indicator light of my charger is in the charger itself.

@@FlodieCabalbag hello hindi pa po ako nakatry na full charge tapos naabotan ng lowbat kasi max 30 minutes ko lang ginagamit everytime nagpapahinga na ako so baka mga 40 minutes po siguro kung tuloy tuloy na gamit. Nakakangalay po kasi sa kamay na palaging nakapress sa button para umandar. 😅

@@david3943 you need to remove/not attached the mops so it will allow you to select only the vacuum. If the mops are still attached, it won’t let you select to vacuum only.

@@TravelToujours this is a significan failure on this model, unlike the Mop2 Pro where you can select from the app if mopping one area or not, etc. I discovered that even with the mops installed, you can define in the different areas "No Mopping Zones", but that makes it a total manual process, compared to previous models, hopefully they manage to fix that. @@david3943 i don’t know with the previous model this is our 1st time to purchase one 😅 but with this one we can actually can select to clean just a certain area. It’s possible with this model. If we want only the living room or the bedroom, it does here on our end.

@@TravelToujours do you know? I was about to return it, but at the end I always put mop+Vaccum, so as my wife said, it will work same hehehe
