Dear Giorgio ur amazing, but whats the point of those cheap apartments in Italian villages, i can find you many of those in Lithuania province, there are even all buildings you can get for free, those villages are with decreasing population or any other problems, we want to invest in good trending locations! Good video but you fail to mention the major problem with Santiago -- the problem of overtourism. It is the ending point of all but one of the camino routes so there is a constant influx of hikers practically every day. This has droven up prices and priced out locals, especially from the old town. It is for this reason that I am focusing my search on Pontevedra, which for me is the perfect combination -- a mini Santiago on the coast and with less tourism.

French here. Bezier and perpignan are cheap cause they become really too hot and dry . We, french, don't want to leave there anymore.

Absolutely agree about Marbella. Most ugly promenade we have seen on Costa del Sol. Dirty toilets on the promenade, awful patatas bravas in the old town, ugly hotels and Palestine people from Berlin (criminal clan family member) in Puerto Banus and many Marocco people even.

Great video @saveandinvestwithgiorgiolo8375, was there not that long ago and I would like to point out that the local councils really seem quite poor and Sicily can be dirty in the cities and have a very run down feel. The roads etc are all very old and have an abandoned feel in many circumstances. Palermo airport is very dated and you can not compare any of the infrastructure on Sicily to anything in Spain for example, that's not to say it is a very charming island and as you mentioned the food & drink is up there with the best. I felt it was very much an acquired taste & not for everyone. Personally liked it but would worry about the lack of new buildings and general investment.

6 years ago, London was my dream city if I left the US. On my third trip to London, I spent about a week there with my daughter taking her to the Harry Potter museum, between the bad weather, the filth of the city and the high cost of living. It took only a week to strike it off the list. However, if I were to ever live in London, it would only be on a canal boat on the Thames for the money, the best bargain in London.
