The club should bring in the young players without being vetoed by the coach because the structure dictates it. Then the coach within 2 or 3 years nurture them to eventually become good players for the club. If the club decides that the coach should be top 2 of the league and the semi final of the CL as a minimum KPI, the coach should work towards it every season. If he fails, sack him and hire another coach. The same goes with the players.
