What no one who's reviewed these has explained. Handleit says the Elite are good for all applications. How are these for appendix carry? Do they irritate skin or abrade fabric? Are they tough on holsters (probably negligible) or impede draw?

Well here's something you Kats may not be thinking about. 1) The chamber indicator isn't a big deal really. 2) If you ever use your firearm in a shooting, there may be a chance that you could get charged with being in possession of an illegal firearm. Your gun will be taken into evidence. California does this crap for a reason! We may all not agree with this crap, but ask yourself if it's worth your freedom for this modification. Just saying! And this is coming from a retired 9 years now Cop. Becareful is all I'm saying.

I bought a compliant Shield plus sku #13247 with 2-10rd mags & it turned out to also have a 10 lb trigger. Luckily, MCARBO has light springs for very little money.

Thanks for the video and showing a close-up of the textures. I bought the edge recently and dig it! I waited too long to start using these grip tapes. They make difference, and the handleits have the most amount of coverage.. Planning on ordering the elite next.

this is the best video for the Meprolight FT Bullseye install I've seen yet! Especially for those of us with the Shield! Keep the Shield videos coming - I'm sold on this option to replace my OEM sights!

What are we calling "long distance" here? Was looking at these for my Shield also - which isn't the gun you'd wand for a 50-100 yd engagement distance anyway. These look like an awesome alternative to getting your slide milled and putting a dot on a small gun like the Shield. These seem like an awesome option for guns like this - designed for CCW and engagement distances under 10 yd most likely.

You should give better caution about the the striker block spring and cap,. You just cut it way.

Bro, it sux that cali isn't a gun friendly state... I'm glad I moved out vato. I own a smith&wesson performance center shield with fiber optic sights and red dot ready with ported barrel 4" version. It sux that you can’t really do alot with guns in califa. I'm from san diego, and i moved to Arkansas. And man, the freedom of buying a gun is so much better. You can buy it the same day and take it home the same day. Not 30 days to get the gun checked and your background checked too. I hope one day califa will be a fun friendly state. And getting a ccl in cali is so hard. I have one in Arkansas. But i have the enhanced ccl and man. So much easier getting it I'm Arkansas. And i can buy ammo easily and mags too. But smith&wesson gang vato👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

It's great to have your pinky covered, but it's rather large for just covering your pinky & not being a plus 1 or more plate. Does it affect conceal carry?

Some finger nail polish on screw threads will solve the sight becoming loose or lock tight ,get blue lock tight

Nice install 🤟 I'm grabbing this for my G19X w/ the $179 Complete SW4 Dagger Upper and HE407c x2 2moa green dot. You need grip on Gen 5's if your sweating or out like I am In hot S TX. That sucka gets slippery! For those curious any Gen 3, 4 will fit a Gen 5 Upper. Just swap out backplates & put in a cheap G-SAP front Gap Adapter
