Most definitely , our number one priority is to protect the quarterback , we need cards, specially on the left side , if we’re able to get Trey Smith and draft Campbell out of LSU, we will be sad and our friends , an edge rusher and then center or running back in the later rounds , but our priorities will be the trenches

These guys are slow, if Ashton Jeanty falls to 9 and the Bears pick at 9 they better grab him and don't trade down we have enough draft picks to pick up OL and DL plus we have enough money. We don't have a good track record drafting O Lineman in the first round plus Caleb Williams need more weapons he holds the ball to long

Why!? He was hired by McCaskey. Ian reported that Matt Eberfluse really impressed McCaskey on his second interview. Do a little research and don’t ask dumb questions. Ask intelligent questions. I used to hate taking linemen in the draft. I thought it would be better to get someone that’s proven in free agency. Till we drafted Tristin witfs. Every lineman that Jason has drafted has worked out very well. Wish some didn’t retire after 7 years but oh well.

If we draft jeanty, then our other top 3 round draft picks need to be OL. Without a decent OL, any RB in the backfield will struggle

Most Bears fans will say OLine. Most Bears fans are dumb. You absolutely don’t pass on the opportunity to draft Jeanty. Remind me again who Dallas took after they took Aikman #1? The Bears have enough resources to fix the Oline without using elite draft capital. Poles missed on the QB in drafting CW. Time to pivot and focus on getting the running game established because CW looks like a Daniel Jones clone. Swift is just an average RB and it’s time we get back to a being a run first team.

@@BearsTalkToday-y6m how did he miss? You’re not serious are you? Look at this catastrophe in front of everyone to see. Pretty sure the plan was to win more games than last season. QB was never the problem. All this talk about leader of men. They traded the only leader they had and now everyone is surprised they stink? Well this is what it looks like when you get rid of the only leader you had and replace him with a guy no one likes. It’s the coaches fault, it’s the Olines fault, it’s the Defenses fault, it’s the WRs fault, it’s the RBs fault. So what everyone is saying we need to replace the entire team except the one guy who’s doing absolutely nothing every week unless it’s garbage time? The Bears are averaging 7 points per game in the first half of games. Only the Giants have been worst this year. The lowly Giants! Poles needs to start working on putting a plan in place to win in spite of a below average QB.

Caleb has broken several rookie records this season alone and is having a better season than JF did during his rookie year, I agree with our management not being great but Williams ain’t no bum either lol

@@BearsTalkToday-y6m yes I did. I said the QB was never the problem. That means draft Alt, draft Verse, draft Latham, draft Fashanu, draft literally anyone else and build the roster. CW is breaking records is a joke. JF literally played for a tanking team most of his career here. The bar is so low it’s not hard to break “records”. CW wouldn’t last a single game playing on the 2021 Bears. When you’re offense is averaging 7 points a game in the 1st half of games with he weapons he has and add in the fact they’re going to have a worst record with a better roster? He’s got BUST written all over his forehead. The guy can’t complete a pass down the field if it depended on his life. 29th in completion %, 23rd in passing yds per game, 30th in QBR, but leads the league in sacks and yards lost. I know, I know but he’s a rookie! Just throw that one in the excuse pile for me. Notice nobody is saying that about the QBs drafted after him. Everyone else’s fault except the bum who’s done nothing.

@ dude he is still one of the best if not top 3 d coordinators in entire league. Watch where he lands next year. Green Bay already wants him. I promise you he is better off next year and will be apart of a Super Bowl type team. Hell Nagy is back with K.C. It’s not the coach man. When your GM and owner can’t agree on drafting any interior help for 3 years, 3. And they trade away 2 second round picks for guys not even currently in the league and you still screw up a huge draft trade package! It’s crazy man. Completely justified rant. Attention to detail when the pressure is on in the last few seconds of a game is a shared responsibility between players and coaches. They’d be first in the division right now had they made those plays. But after that Thanksgiving clock fiasco it’s a safe assumption that Eberflus sure wasn’t doing his part. He even said after the game the clocked was managed correctly. Thats objectively wrong 😂

As a Lion’s fan, this game scares me to death. Bears have lost 3 straight close games in weird ways - Washington’s Hail Mary, blocked field goal against Packers, field goal in OT against Vikings. Bears aren’t there yet but they are getting close. If they had won those 3 games, they’d be 7-4. And Lions are riddled with injuries. No way Lions will dominate this game- it will be close.

This team didn't want to win! You kept Poles ,, Eberflus, and went out and got all the key players,, but forgot to get them PROTECTION!!! (Cause you can get Joe Montana as QB,, but he can't pass on his back look at the jets,, with Rogers). INSANITY is repetition with the hopes of change! The bears did everything they did to have a 3 win season, even worse,, they added a ROOKIE QB,, and NOW,, you were winning the SUPERBOWL????? Get the FFFF outta here!!!!! Start with LINEMEN!!!
