I remember saving up $33 to order all three of their Bell records, Rollin', Once Upon a Star, and Wouldn't You Like It from an ad in 16 Magazine.

Bay City Rollers' tartan check whirlwind swept through Japan in the 1970s!! BCR's videos are usually disappointing because there is a lot of "lip-syncing", but in this video, I was impressed because I actually played and sang!!

What a beautiful tribute to two wonderful brothers. It is so sad that they had to put up with such horrible people who took advantage of them. So sad that Alan had such a rough life and so much pain with his health. He is feeling no pain now in the arms of his Heavenly Father. RIP sweet Alan. ❤❤❤❤❤❤😢😢😢😢😢😢🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Never seen nor heard this before Janny - wherever do you find such things, I wonder! 🤔 Was it before Les joined the Rollers or after he left and formed his own version of the band? 🤷🏼♀️

This was after BCR and called his "Ego Trip" with Scobie Ryder. I have tons of DVD's that I am trying to post when I have time. I have a better version of this song that I will post after I clean it up a bit.

@@jannylovesbcr I'd moved on to other singers and bands by this time then, I think. Over the course of many years, we British were not very loyal fans! Once our pop heros deserted us for foreign lands, we soon moved on! So by the beginning of 1976 my friends and I started to get into soul and Motown, purely because we joined our local youth club and every Wednesday evening they used to have a disco and it definitely was not a place where you would hear the music of the Bay City Rollers! However, I'm 63 now and it's lovely to look back on those original wee laddies from Scotland with genuine affection! Ahhh bless 'em! 💕💕💕💕💕

Wow...just love this so much--thanks, Janny! I've loved the BCR and Eric for close to 50 years now and will always love them! My favorite part...at the end--when Eric points and says "Baby, I love you" and then sticks his tongue out--he always knew how to make us Eric girls crazy! ❤💙

I remembered watching this video on TopPop and I love this song Summerlove Sensation as I had used it before for my short video two years ago. As a Malaysian, I’m happy to listen to the BCR’s songs for the past four years.
