I'm not entirely convinced either. Nothing against Anica, she's a good singer with a beautiful voice. But I think I would've liked it more with Chris' voice alone, definitely now that I've heard him sing this live. All in all, it's a great cover (loving the bassdrum at the end, they really aced it with that 😊), but this is one of my top shelf 80s songs and for me the original stays the best version. I must say, with Shock To The System it's the other way around. Even though I'm a fan of Billy, I'm starting to like Lotl's version more, the energy in theirs is just amazing. It even made my workout playlist, together with Doomsday Disco and La Bomba 😁🤘

Ich sehe es genau gegenteilig. Die Stimmen harmonisieren so verdammt gut miteinander und Anicas Stimme gibt dem Ganzen noch den richtigen Kick. Ich liebe dieses Cover.

Mine or theirs? 😉 As far as mine is concerned: to be honest, for the most part it's my husband you need to thank. If it were up to me I wouldn't be filming at all I guess, I just want to party along. As a fellow musician he appreciates what Lotl does, but he's not really a fan. So he doesn't mind making some recordings for me. And they are great memories! But they never replace the real experience ❤ Next year I'm going along to some concerts of his choice and then switch places, I owe it to him 😆😆
