Will the receipt still be needed to be shown during interview?

Now the receipt no. is showing on the confirmation page.. So I don't think this is necessary anymore..

Hi Is the process same now.. one of my friend paid the visa amount successfully got the receipt/reference number. now to book appointment don't see that tab. should he use "close and Start" or "Continue Application" any guidance from any of you would help

Hello, Thank you for sharing this as this worked for me when the website got migrated. Now I am again facing this issue since I paid on Jul'3rd 2023. Is the receipt valid now as the appointment we got is for next year only Feb 2025. I am trying to continue and start new application and even got the claim receipt option but at this point while selecting VFS EFT it is taking me to fresh page to make a new payment. Please advise.

In response to your question, we would like to inform you that your MRV fee receipt is expired against which you have scheduled your appointments. Additionally, As we see that your appointments are already scheduled. We request you to kindly proceed ahead with your existing appointments.

Hello I got Section 221(G) letter at interview ( 22nd March ) because of my medical issue ( Sputum Test) but now on 15th May my medical is completed and they sent my reports to embassy so how much time embassy will take to revert back me for next further steps . Hey Sushil, I wanted to ask when i did my payment via vfs upi it gave me some error but my payment was done, also after some time the receipt no and everything came and i am able to see the booking slot option, i just wanted to ask from where can i get the reciept which will be required for the interview?

Hi Sir , I payed the amount but there is no option to download the receipt in new CGI portal but the payment was successful and I didn’t get any receipt through mail . After successful it showed back to CGI login , and I pressed it , It showed back to payment details again . How to claim the receipt please reply to me sir ???
