How to apply the wrap? I got superbil reign and it seems doesn't show up

Find the car you want to put a wrap on in your inventory, click on the tool like icon and scroll down. You should see a wrap icon. Hope this helps!

In my opinion the czinger is the best car under 15M It has a top speed of 437, which is faster than any Lamborghini, and i managed to get under 23 seconds in season 14
