You never explained why, what you do, is better than fusion and other invasive/destructive procedures such as laminectomies. This is the third video I've watched of yours and you don't at least provide a description of the procedure that have found very effective. However, I will forgive you; as you appear to be an Italian immigrant that is bilingual; and the English language makes it harder for you to articulate or put into words, your techniques!😃 But I'm guessing that you use endoscopic decompression with precision drills either of small size or ultrasonic; which I understand can be very effective with minimal damage to the body's own tissues. And I perceive that you are a doctor WHO AIMS TO ADDRESS THE REAL CAUSE OF THE PAIN, NEUROPATHY AND MYELOPATHY. That is a rare trait in today's medical system. Today's allopathic doctors are more concerned with money and treatment of SYMPTOMS rather than stopping the REAL CAUSE! They try to "improve' on our Creator's designs of the spine by removing parts and replacing them with metal alloys to create some stability. Instead of aiming to remove the offending bone spur, cyst, or herniated disc or ligament to free up space in the central canal and the foramen where the nerve roots exit. Thank-you, as I am in my 3rd consultation with spine surgeons pre-surgery; after updating my MRI's, CT scans and X-rays. He is reknown for the M.I.L.D procedures and I hope to consult with him in the next few days to see what he recommends. (I have ligamentum flavum hypertrophy at T11 and T12; and foraminal stenosis at L3, L4, L5-.

Great to see a patient with significant improvement over 70 years old. I'm facing spinal surgery after 2 years of trying non-surgical decompression with various traction machines and physical therapy decompressive movements every day. However, you didn't go into WHAT KIND OF PROCEDURE the doctor performed!!! I have had 3 in person consultations and several lectures on YT by spine surgeons on the risks, outcomes and techniques used. I am most impressed by the minimally invasive decompression techniques using endoscopic trans- foraminal micro drills or ultrasonic scalpels; so as to incur minimal destruction or injury to muscles, ligaments and tendons. I understand they can also do a 'laminotomy' which does not completely cut out the lamina (Back of the vertebrae body), but only cuts out an access hole to remove offending ligament, bone spurs or synovial cysts pushing on either the spinal cord or the individual nerve roots at different levels. I'm awaiting a pre-surgical consultation after sending him the MRI, CT, and x-ray images to analyze. NEXT TIME YOU MAKE A TESTIMONIAL VIDEO, PLEASE TELL THE VIEWER WHAT PROCEDURE THE DOCTOR USED; because fusions or laminectomies only cause more problems down the road and the need for more surgeries. Thanks

Yes, our procedures are effective yet gentle enough that they don't require general anesthesia. This opens up the procedures for older patients and those with other health restrictions that may not otherwise not be able to have surgery. Our procedures are tailored for each individual based on their condition. We can have one of our physicians review your MRI studies and get on a phone call with you to let you know how they would proceed in your case. If interested please visit www.bonati.com/mri-review

now that i have seen all these videos on the nightmare of having failed fusion, i wouldn't do it unless i was stuck in a wheel chair. Too many people have a low tolerance to pain and opt for this surgery.

I came here to try and find out why they are nolonger on Newsmax weekend afternoon show, I used to enjoy watching it, as for the negative comments I've seen on a Google search, I take that with a grain of salt and believe other spine doctors are jealous and trying to push them out... I can't help but think politics against conservatives is involved.

I have both central cervical Stenosis and forminal stenosis(bone spurs). I was told by the Mayo Clinic in Arizona that my central stenosis is not bad enough to operate. Is doc in video saying that his team can fix the forminal stenosis by leaving central canal alone?
@BonatiSpineАй бұрын
Yes, we have treated many patients where the problem was caused by the foraminal stenosis only. The nerve roots can be impinged as they exit the spinal canal through the foramina and cause the symptoms to radiate to the extremities. We can have our physicians review your MRI studies if you would like.

I just had T12 burst fracture. Had no choice but to have t10 to L2 fused the very next day. Im just happy I did not suffer sci or any nerve issues somehow miraculously. IM now 1 month post op and I just got off the oxycodone. The withdrawal symptoms are rough but dont really have any back pain. Just have to be extra careful and follow the restrictions until I see my doctor in another 8 weeks. When I can finally start PT.

Thanks for sharing. Suffered 15 years of it and it wasn't degenerative until I tore l4/L5 and L5/S1 and had to deal with the insurance companies. You name it, I've had it. Even a Spinal Stimulator didn't work so 15yrs later, in Australia by the way, unless the Insurance company agrees, anything I do is against what they've been advised and there goes any benefits from there. If I was actually fixed that would give Me my Life back. I'm all researched out, Netflixed out, all the pay per views. Anything you could watch or read quick enough before the pain gets too much. I've been there n done it. I Wish they had a Doctor like that here in Australia because a flight to the U.S and the costs, that's something I'm just not capable of coping with. Physically, financially or mentally. So So Glad it's Helped You though Keith, Absolutely Beautiful Mate. Amazing stuff and The Doctor, what an Amazing Man 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
