Tip: Next time you go on a flight, just ask one of the flight attendants to see the cockpit. 2/3 times it works (for me).

Looks like a true mom & pop type of restaurant. Is there any difference between Beef + Tendon Noodle Soup and Beef Tendon Noodle Soup? Is it the same thing, but one has pieces of beef?

yes, the beef tendon noodle soup only has tendon pieces, while the beef + tendon one has pieces of beef and pieces of tendon!

EVA Premium was the best deal out there before covid. Now the price is so high it's not even worth it anymore. Singapore Air is the new leader in Premium Economy (in my opinion).

I fly EVA Air every year to get to Bali. Wife's family lives there. Never had a bad meal on EVA.
