as a German Biochemist Ph D - it is the Limbic System, the HPA Axis - that BLOCKS the Frontal Cortex and keeps us in the Prison of our Auto Pilot. There is no logic rational way to break out. It takes intense Endurance training to total Exhaustion to reset the Auto Pilot PAIN Reward pattern. Excellent Business for the Mind Opiate Drug Pushers scamming us...
