We have a slightly different model, WA50B5100. It does not have a rinse button but we did the same sequence with the soil button instead of the rinse. We also used number 4, and it worked.

We have 4 HR FD. The Premier Pumps need to be maintained as you mentioned. I completely tear down the entire pump. I even had gaskets made specifically for these pumps from KLINGER Thermoseal. I have an issue with a 2021 premier pump leaking oil from the back. Not the oil reservoir. I’ve called HR, all I ask is to send me parts Lol. Phil@4800 on KZbin is very informative as I may ask for his advice. I think the shaft or both primary and secondary vanes are worn. There are 2 sets of bearings on the shaft, the bearings are not worn but I replaced with new bearings but the pump continues to leak. The circuit board located on the bottom of the pump is full of oil. I’m stumped of why the vacuum pump is leaking oil. Thanks

I'm watching this at work. I tried several other videos but neither worked. I chatted with Samsung May 17th and they said since it's Friday afternoon, Samsung would create a repair ticket and Frontier Tech repair tech would be calling me to schedule an appointment to fix my washer error code 9C8 the following Monday or Tuesday. I waited until 4:35pm on the following Monday but no one ever called so I called Samsung. They were very nice and they gave me the dispatch number for Frontier Tech, so I could call myself. I called and the dispatch guy said that Samsung may have said that his company should call me on a specific day but it doesn't work out that way. He said they get ahold of me when they can and he said he didn't have my ticket or reference number so I texted it to him my full name and my reference number. He then said he would look it up and call me by 5:30pm the same day, which he never did. It was very frustrating to say the least. I will try this praying it resets my 9C8 error code, so I don't have to wait for this repair tech to take his sweet time calling me to schedule an appointment to fix my washer. I never researched my Samsung washer and dryer before buying them or I would've known to set them up on the Smart app, to prevent this from happening.

What about when show code d1 and J1 , you press the rinse button and change to 18:88 with all lights on and do nothing else, but you press again rinse and change to put times but all are changing every second and again it won’t let you change anything

Finally got it to clear I've been following these steps clear and ever code that it would let me clear from 006 all the way to 000 I finally got it to stop. It has one day left on the warranty but Samsung refuses and so does the store. We purchased it from there. Aftermarket one year warranty expires tomorrow and they said we can't get a technician out till after tomorrow. So it'll cost you out of pocket because the warranty expires tomorrow I said how's that my fault you can't get anybody here. I've already told you a day ago that this had a problem. That's not my fault. They still don't want to cover the warranty

Mine just started doing this nothing will clear it done this 100 times and unplugging it for 12 hours didn't work either

I do appliance Repair for a living and just want to Recommend that you purchase a Single outlet Surge protector for any electronic Washers and Refrigerators. They protect the Control Board in most.. cases of Surges.. or power failures. I get the Belkin on Amazon.. They are rated for over 1000 joules.

It will work but can cause fire to your main board Just call Samsung, this is a recall must get main board replaced.

A tech came to house and said mother board was broken and could not get parts so I started searching youtube and saw your video..thanks a million because did what you advised bi go it worked...no clue how but it did. Saw this video 11:30 pm 9/05/23

Super Duper Help - This also Worked on my Samsung Model WA52A5500AW - ONLY difference is that on the number menu - 3 corresponded to 955 instead but the problem was solved. [Error came about because of a power outage after a lightening storm so a UPS install may be helpful for me in the future to avoid this problem] 🥸 Rad Fix!!
