Sorry, I can tell that your bun is not moist from looking at the batter...that batter needed to be more watery...sorry it needs more liquid...for 3 cups of flour you needed 1 dragon and 1/2 bottle Malta...or 1 1/2 bottle of dragon/ Guinness or malta...whichever one u prefer to use...or u could use a cup of wine instead of the 1/2 bottle of liquid...you could try that next time... blessings.

Pre bake oven and pre bake pie shell at 425 for 15-20 min , Bake pecan pie at 350 for 45 min and come out perfect
