Елена Мартинес Гойтр, менеджер по исследованиям, ассоциация Provivienda: "У нас очень острый кризис доступности жилья, который приводит к тому, что две из десяти семей оказываются за чертой бедности после оплаты жилья. Это также затрагивает средний класс. У нас более 250 тысяч домохозяйств со средним доходом, которые оказываются в этой ситуации бедности". Испанские власти стремятся импортировать схему жилищных ассоциаций - модель, которая доказала свою эффективность в других местах, например в Вене.

I live in Los Angeles. I've been dreaming of a house like this here for 20 years. 20 years ago you could get something like this for 1 to 2 million, but now houses like this cost 8 to 10 million. I guess it's time to pack up and move to Spain. Oh, one extra benefit. Malibu, the Hollywood hills, Pacific Palisades, all along the coast where you can get views like this, are all made of compacted sand. Very loose. Constant land slides, or you have to build pylons deep until reaching bedrock. That cliff looks solid as a Rock, because it actually is. Minus our earthquakes. The more I think about it the more it makes sense.

😍 Quite sure they look majestic! Costa Blanca has a pretty variable terrain, actually. Just in about 30 km to the north from Moraira one can find limitless plain dune beaches with golden sand, that stretch for kilometers to the horizon. So it's pretty easy to find the landscapes to your liking here.
