If he took a shit before trying to sing like Kurt Cobain after two many strawberry milkshakes it would be much more palatable

literally cant decide if his voice got better or worse, i think better, this song is incredible as a grunge ballad and folkish

Not necessarily better or worse, just different! I really like the gritty dry sound of these vocals, but I also love the slightly softer and brighter voice he uses nowadays. :D
@TomRehm-j9kАй бұрын
jesse seems to have multiple voices and vocal styles. I love all of them. He has a lot of unusual musical tricks, his harp playing is stellar and car, his strange teeth whistling is just wonderful and fun. His rocking grunge approach is downright heavy, heavy as Cobain. This young guy is a genius, a poet.

All my friends have crooked teeth All my friends don’t get much sleep All my friends are open books All my friends can’t help but look God damn my friends god damn my friends They gaze for meaning in the night All my friends can fly a kite Alll my friends are broken clocks Hands held when they chose to stop God damn my friends god damn my friends All my friends are all chained down And they all say they hate this town They take Jesus’ name in vain All my friends are all the same God damn my friends god damn my friends And they all ? for cosmic peace For all the rich kids and the creeps For all beginnings and the ends We’re all sick and we’re all friends God damn my friends god damn my friends And all my friends erase their poems Hate the man and hit the road All my friends can’t pay their tabs All their moms divorced their dads God damn my friends god damn my friends And they all sleep themselves awake Can’t use stoves but they can bake And gray-eyed they meet the moon All my friends they live in tombs God damn my friends god damn my friends
